Hardware trasnscoding works out of the box with the package. If I remember right, the only real benefit in going Docker over Synology package is HDR stuff. Should be relatively interchangable as I used the same config locations. Then stopped the service, used the Docker Compose below, verified it worked, and uninstalled the Plex package from package center. I installed Plex via an uploaded package first.
